ONLINE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange your item for another style or color or issue you a refund. All items must be in original packaging and unworn. contact us by E-mail - Michelle@Toesiesshoes.com to receive a shipping label and $10 will be deducted from your refund amount or you may send them back on your own to receive the full refund. you have up to 7 days from date of delivery to return/exchange items purchased online. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

IN STORE POLICY

We will gladly issue a refund for any item you are not satisfied with within 3 days of purchase, for exchange you have 7 days from the day of purchase. Shoes must be unworn and in original box. Hosiery and jewelry must be unopened and unworn. Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE.
